Monitoring Kits EMT's Mercury Monitoring Kit includes one vapor monitor / monitoring badge, detailed instructions, a monitoring record sheet, and a shipping label. They are designed to provide you with the ability to check exposure levels to Mercury Vapor. Returned samples are analyzed at an AIHA (American Industrial Hygiene Association) certified laboratory. All laboratory fees are included.

Current Regulatory Status
OSHA
Permissible exposure limit (PEL) for mercury vapor is 0.1 milligram per cubic meter (mg/m(3)) of air as a ceiling limit. A worker's exposure to mercury vapor shall at no time exceed this ceiling level.
NIOSH Recommended exposure limit (REL) for mercury vapor of 0.05 mg/m(3) as a TWA for up to a 10-hour workday and a 40-hour workweek.
ACGIH Threshold limit value (TLV) of 0.025 mg/m(3) as a TWA for a normal 8-hour workday and a 40-hour workweek
